- Tool shop: Our own tool shop is equipped with latest machine tools. At the same time a wide selection of tools at hand guarantee high flexibility and short delivery times.
- Manufacturing: Manufacturing is done with latest machines for stamping and bending.
- Materials: Nearly all materials are treated, e.g. iron and steel, heat-treated and spring steel, stainless steel (A2, A4), heatproof materials, brass, aluminium, copper, bronze.
- Dimensions: Suitable dimensions range from a material thickness of 0,05 mm up to 15,00 mm and an outside diameter from 5,00 mm up to 250 mm.
- Finishing: According to customer requirements our products include all finishes, e.g. trovalised, tumbled, hardened and tempered, both surfaces ground.
- Surface treatments: Our products are available with various surface treatments, e.g. electrogalvanized, hot galvanized, nickle plated, geomet, deltatone, seal 2000, magni.
- Batch sizes: Using machines with various tonnages - and different feedings - we are capable to make small, medium and large batches.
