| - 1938: Toolmaker Friedrich Karl Schulte opens a factory building on Herscheider Straße in Plettenberg and starts a production of washers and stamped parts.
- 1941: Businessman Rudolf Schulte rents the building and factory equipment of August Schürmann company, Plettenberg-Bahnhof Eiringhausen, specialised in production of stamped parts and splints, whose manager he was till then.

| |  | Aerial photo 1952 | - 1954: Both brothers merge their companies into a general partnership called Rudolf & Friedrich Karl Schulte oHG, Press- und Stanzwerk.
- 1976: The general partnership is changed into a limited partnership called Rudolf & Friedrich Karl Schulte KG, general partner Dipl. Kfm. F. Wolfgang Schulte.
- 1985: Both companies are centralized in Herscheider Straße.

- 1991: Additional plant extensions, new tool shop, new storage for primary material.
- 1996: Construction of a new production hall and demolition of an one od 50s/60s, underneath.
- 2004: Purchase of approximately 12,000 m² large estate which was part of a former railway property.
| | | | | 2005 - today | Latest changes | |  | Aerial photo 2006 | - 2005: Finishing and bringing into service of a new logistics center with 4,000 pallet slots, 2,800 hand-operated storage racks and state-of-the-art packaging machines.
- 2006-2008: Expansion of commercial and technical office premises, expansion of our tool shop, construction of an additional storage for primary material as well as purchase of several state-of-the-art die-cutting machines.
